Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS DevOps tools
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct rigorous testing (unit, integration, load) and performance tuning
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define roadmaps and milestones
- Drive adoption of best practices in security and observability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with cloud platforms
- Proven track record with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and event-driven architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of AWS/GCP infrastructure and serverless computing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
