Responsibilities
- Architect and develop microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for 99.99% uptime and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins
- Lead security audits and compliance initiatives
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Deep AWS certification (Solutions Architect Professional)
- Proven experience with Kubernetes and service mesh (Istio)
- Strong background in event-driven architecture
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
