Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern web technologies.</li><li>Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.</li><li>Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.</li><li>Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability in a distributed environment.</li><li>Participate in the full CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure as code (IaC) management.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on JavaScript or Python.</li><li>Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.</li><li>Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.</li></ul>
