- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Debug complex distributed systems using Prometheus/Grafana
- Collaborate with product teams on technical roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks
- Proficient with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices
- Strong background in data structures and algorithms
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
