Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS)
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance testing and optimize system scalability
- Implement security best practices (OWASP, HIPAA compliance)
- Collaborate with product teams using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
