Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Java, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous delivery
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
