Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and security.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to reduce time-to-market.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and a modern framework such as React or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python, and RESTful API design.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
