Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance software systems that align with business goals and industry best practices.
- Code Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Java, or Go, adhering to strict coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Monitor application performance and optimize code to ensure low latency and high availability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Testing & QA: Implement automated testing strategies to ensure product reliability and reduce bugs before production deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in backend technologies (Python, Java, Node.js) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Database Knowledge: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
