Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Terraform
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Lead design sessions for new features and system improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or similar backend languages
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in delivering production-quality software
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
