Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern engineering practices and design patterns.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features, translate requirements into technical specifications, and deliver products on time.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in existing systems to improve performance, reliability, and security.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with familiarity in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues and propose scalable solutions.
