Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance backend services using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead code reviews and optimize system architecture for scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
- Strong proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
