Responsibilities
- Architect cloud-native microservices on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead Kubernetes deployments using Terraform and Helm
- Translate complex requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source initiatives (GitHub contributions required)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade SaaS
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience
