Responsibilities
- Architect and develop cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for enterprise deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with Product Design to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security best practices across distributed systems
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud architecture patterns
- Proficiency with Docker, Terraform, and AWS/Azure services
- Strong background in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with distributed systems and scalability challenges
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent written communication for remote collaboration
