Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Lead code reviews and mentorship initiatives to elevate team technical excellence
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for continuous delivery
- Optimize system performance and security across distributed architectures
- Drive innovation through prototyping and experimentation with emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Java/Python/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Proven track record of architecting scalable, resilient systems
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
