Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of cloud-native microservices using Go and Python
- Architect secure, high-performance APIs handling 10k+ RPS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Drive technical strategy for new fintech product launches
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Strong AWS/Azure/GCP certification or equivalent
- Proven track record of shipping production-scale services
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with FinTech or SaaS domains preferred
