Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java/Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Lead incident response and implement robust monitoring systems
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in Java, Python, or Go with cloud architecture knowledge
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proven experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
