Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement high-performance, scalable software solutions.
- Lead technical initiatives and drive best practices in coding and system design.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust monitoring solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-scale environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or Rust).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
