Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions
- Collaborate with Product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Conduct code reviews ensuring scalability and security best practices
- Optimize system performance (99.99% SLA targets)
- Research and implement emerging technologies (Kubernetes, gRPC)
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Strong AWS/GCP certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade microservices
- Experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
