Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Lead cloud migrations to AWS/Azure with CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architectural decision-making
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Partner with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive quality initiatives through unit testing, integration testing, and chaos engineering
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade enterprise applications
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue)
- Strong foundation in distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architecture
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
