Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go/Kubernetes serving 99.99% SLA
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architectural reviews
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for AWS/GCP cost efficiency
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins/Terraform
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical papers
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust
- AWS/GCP certification with production deployment experience
- Strong background in data modeling and PostgreSQL
- Experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
