Responsibilities
- Architect and develop cloud-native microservices using Java, Python, and Node.js
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development with cloud platforms
- Expertise in at least one modern framework (Spring Boot, Django, or Express.js)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
- Proficiency with containerization technologies and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of shipping production applications at scale
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and code quality
