Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance backend services using microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and contribute to technical standards and best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize application performance and resolve complex system issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring developers
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest) and TDD methodologies
