Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead technical planning and execution for cloud-native deployments on AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker for seamless releases
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech meetups
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest) and TDD/BDD methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in agile environments
