Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and AWS Lambda
- Lead code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins
- Conduct A/B tests for new features using Amplitude
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems
- Strong AWS cloud architecture knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker orchestration
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Track record of shipping production-grade applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
