Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices and distributed systems architecture using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all environments.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to testing and deployment.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring system security and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
