Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go/Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and tech reviews
- Optimize ML inference pipelines for real-time data processing
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent + 5+ years backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Production experience with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers
- Portfolio showcasing scalable system designs
