Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and SOLID principles.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and drive product vision.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement optimizations to improve speed and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests and automate CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all code adheres to security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; strong experience with React or Angular.
- Database: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cassandra).
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and propose effective solutions.
