Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices in Go/Python serving 10M+ daily users
- Lead Kubernetes orchestration and CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Architect event-driven systems with Kafka and gRPC
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Drive A/B testing for platform features using Kibana
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in Go or Python with strong CS fundamentals
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithmic challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable system architectures
