Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing infrastructure
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Node.js/Python/Java)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
