Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex features from conception to production release.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define requirements and deliver user-centric features.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across various platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote and in-office hybrid environment.
