Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native applications using Go/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Contribute to open-source projects with 50+ GitHub stars
- Drive technical strategy for new product features
- Conduct security audits and performance benchmarking
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with async programming
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent cloud architecture experience
- Strong background in microservices and event-driven architecture
- Contributions to production systems handling >1M RPS
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
