Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance and security protocols
- CI/CD pipeline maintenance and DevOps automation
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Conduct thorough testing and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-stack development (Java/Python/Node.js)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
- Agile/Scrum methodologies certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
