Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor engineers on scalable system design and performance optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Champion cloud-native solutions including Kubernetes and serverless technologies
- Drive technical debt reduction through systematic refactoring
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to quarterly planning cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Strong background in RESTful API design and database optimization
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative communication
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes preferred)
