Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits for production systems
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders through clear documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Strong background in RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/K8s) and IaC (Terraform)
- Experience with event-driven systems and messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives from conception to deployment
