Responsibilities
- Lead development of high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Contribute to API design and RESTful service integration
- Drive technical debt reduction and system reliability improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud platform experience
- Proven track record with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
- Active GitHub/Stack Overflow contributor a plus
