Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct rigorous testing (unit, integration, and performance)
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using Datadog and ELK Stack
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies
