Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Architect serverless solutions on AWS (Lambda, EKS, S3)
- Drive A/B testing for performance-critical features
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 50k+ developers
Qualifications
- 8+ years of production experience with distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, and Kubernetes orchestration
- Proven track record scaling services to 10M+ daily requests
- Strong background in AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
