Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Architect solutions handling 10M+ daily API transactions
- Drive agile sprints and technical roadmap execution
- Conduct security audits and performance tuning
- Collaborate with Product teams on feature prioritization
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Java/Python preferred)
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strong grasp of REST APIs, Kafka, and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven leadership in agile environments
