Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Design RESTful APIs with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance using Redis and PostgreSQL
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in Go or Python with strong algorithm fundamentals
- Proven track record of deploying containerized applications
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and OWASP guidelines
