Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Python
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across the team
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical requirements
- Contribute to DevOps automation using CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and workshops
- Drive innovation in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Python, or similar OOP languages
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
