Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and cloud-native architectures
- Proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
- CI/CD pipeline implementation with Jenkins and GitLab
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification preferred
