Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native microservices using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS and Kubernetes environments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive performance tuning and security hardening of distributed systems

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB)
- Strong background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
