Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits of production systems
- Document APIs and system architecture using Swagger and Confluence
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies through research POCs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proven experience with AWS/GCP infrastructure and serverless computing
- Proficiency in container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design solutions
