Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle to ensure seamless deployment.
- Participate in architecture planning and technical decision-making to ensure long-term system stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
