Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and culture.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Deep proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
