Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy and best practices within the engineering department.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, implementing scalable fixes to improve system stability.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go (Go is a plus).
- Deep experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
