Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and deliver robust solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to drive product innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a commercial environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
