Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to open-source initiatives
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive DevOps best practices with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through weekly pair programming
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud-native patterns
- Proven AWS/GCP certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Strong background in event-driven architectures
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ production-level projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
