Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance using distributed tracing and monitoring tools
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Strong background in RESTful APIs and gRPC protocols
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams
