Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with Product Managers
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging across full stack (React, Node.js, Python)
- Architect secure API integrations and real-time data processing systems
- Stay current with emerging technologies through innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and serverless architectures
